FodboldtrøjeFredag har til formål at skabe opmærksomhed om netop det, og på den måde støtte Børnecancerfondens arbejde.

Børnecancerfonden skaber bedre vilkår for danske børn og unge med kræft - ved at finansiere børnekræftforskning, oplyse om børnekræft og støtte børn og unge med kræft og deres familier med bl.a. psykologhjælp og rekreationsophold.

The Danish Childhood Cancer Foundation works to improve conditions for children and young people with cancer in Denmark by funding childhood cancer research, raising awareness of childhood cancer, and supporting children and young people with cancer and their families through, among other things, psychological support and recuperation stays.
